Charity FAQs

This is the first year that Virgin Sport are organising the event, and to ensure the best experience for everyone we want to make sure each Sporter familiarizes themselves with everything each festival has to offer as well as individually acknowledge all of the festival Ts and Cs.

We'll soon be sending all charities that have purchased places a link to view a report of how many and which runners have registered with their discount code. In the meantime, we're happy to provide you with these updates manually upon request—just send an email to [email protected] 

We're happy you're considering a long-term debenture! Since this is Virgin Sport's debut year, however, our current discounted rate is only being offered for one year. 

Each charity operates differently, so we would leave the fundraising tips to the talented teams at each organization. 

At Hackney we recommend meeting at the entrance to the festival village. 

We're thrilled that you'd like to add more Sporters to your team! Please email [email protected] with the quantity of additional spots you'd like and we will invoice you for those additional places. Upon receipt of payment we will extend the number of times your existing charity code can be used.  

If you have a bank remittance, please email a copy through to [email protected] and this will speed up the process of allocating your code.

A minimum of six (6) spots can be purchased either initially or as an add-on to an existing team.
